New Book: Tips for Losing Weight

Hi all, I have just published the self-help book below for all those wanting to lose weight. The book is just £0.99/$0.99 and focuses on a slower mindfulness approach rather than cutting out lots of foods straight away. Yes, certain foods need to be cut out, but each change in diet takes place over one month, giving the dieter time to get used to it.

Thanks to all who have bought the book. As of 13/11/20 it is now number 38 in the Amazon bestseller lists for 30-minute Health, Fitness and Dieting reads!
